Class actions
Our practice in shareholder law led us, 20 years ago now, to become interested in the field of class actions (formerly known as “class actions”). Today, the law firm Paquette Gadler inc. acts, every day, in class action law, representing members in some of the most important class actions that have been undertaken in Quebec during the last decade.
Our practice in the field of class actions covers several commercial and legal sectors, such as competition law, consumer law, financial products and securities law and telecommunications law just to name a few. . In all cases, the members of the law firm Paquette Gadler inc. place particular emphasis on ensuring the quality of our relationship with representatives and members of the various groups we represent in our class action files.
