“All natural persons, legal persons under private law, partnerships or associations or other groups without legal personality who are or were bound by an instalment sales contract or a lease contract for a new Honda motor vehicle manufactured in Canada of one of the following models:

– Honda Civic
– Honda CR-V

and who have had to pay Transportation and Preparation Expenses, in any form whatsoever, fixed and demanded by the Defendants, pursuant to any such contract, and this, for the period from September 29, 2020 until the date of the final judgment on the merits to intervene in the proceedings”.

– Honda Civic
– Honda CR-V

and who have had to pay any form of Transport and Preparation Fees fixed and demanded by the Defendants under any such contract, for the period from October 3, 2020 to the date of the final judgment on the merits to be entered in the proceedings”.
